JB’s background includes key financial positions at International Rectifier Corporation: a world leader in the development and manufacturing of power semiconductors; Candle Corporation: a leading developer of diagnostic computer software products; Getty Oil Company; and Whittaker Corporation: a designer and manufacturer of fluid control devices and systems for commercial and military aircraft.
Prior to joining Vander Kaay in 2010, JB served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and served on the Board of Directors at Biomat USA, Inc., a leading provider of plasma-based biological products focused on in-vitro-diagnostics, including: virology, serology, immunology and molecular biology.
JB is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA (Economics and Marketing) and two BBA degrees (Accounting and Business Management) from Woodbury University.
